If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. However, we extend this to 30 days to provide more flexibility.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
How to Return an Item
UK Returns
1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@angelil1982.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Your Return Label: We will email you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label to print and attach to your package.
3. Drop Off Your Return: Take your parcel to any Royal Mail drop-off location.
4. Return Fee: A £3.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered and no fee will be deducted.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
EU & International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. If your item is found to be defective or incorrect, we will reimburse your return shipping once the issue is confirmed.
Please include the completed return form inside your package so we can identify your return.

Refunds & Processing Time
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at returns@angelil1982.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items & gift cards
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
